Paul Callaghan - Director of Business Development, DigitalCity Business
Following a successful period working in the Promotional Advertising industry, Paul Callaghan moved to UK Government Regional Development Agency for the North east of England, One North East working on the Inward Investment Team as Lead for Japanese inward investment. During the five years spent at One North East, Paul established a key network of public, private and academic sector partners that are mobilized to help Japanese companies expand their business and technologies into the UK & Europe. Paul has helped companies from a variety of sector backgrounds to successfully expand their businesses into the UK. Now Director of Business Development for DigitalCity Business, Paul utilises his strategic foresight and extensive sales & market development experience to provide consultancy and business development services to companies looking to enter, develop and expand their foothold in the UK and Japanese technology and digital media markets.
David Maxwell - Senior Business Analyst, DigitalCity Business
David Maxwell has a background structured around digital media, analysis and business development. He has extensive knowledge of digital media and technologies, and the business models unique to their development across multiple markets. David joined DigitalCity Business in 2007 and is responsible for the business and financial analysis of business propositions, their development into executable business plans and their ultimate delivery.
David Cumbor - Senior Technology Analyst, DigitalCity Business
David joined DigitalCity Business in 2006 and is responsible for the vetting and development of new digital products and technologies, and ultimately assessing their potential for utilisation and distribution across new markets and territories. He combines his role as <i>dcarrows'</i> Senior Technology Analyst with strong and active links to academic institutions, enabling him to see the business potential of innovations stemming out from universities and businesses. David is currently studying for a PHd at Teesside University - a university reknowed worldwide for its digital media and technology prowess.

Yoji Otokozawa - CEO, Interarrows Inc
Yoji Otokozawa was responsible for the brand management of the Salem and Camel brand families at R.J. Reynolds. Following this, he joined the Dow subsidiary "Dow Brands", a consumer goods company providing a variety of products for use in the home, such as "Ziploc". He was responsible for business management, the direction of planning processes and the development of new global consumer products. After acquiring skills and experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods marketing, he entered the field of high-tech business. He supported MacAfee's start-up as marketing director, then helped to establish NetRatings, a market research firm providing data on Internet trends and usage statistics. He holds an MBA in International Marketing from Leicester University (UK).
Haruhiko Takahashi - Vice-President, Interarrows Inc
After working at Tokyu Agency, Haruhiko Takahashi joined Dow Chemical as a Brand Manager. Following this, he worked as Marketing Director at Jupiter Programming and Livedoor (free ISP). Prior to joining dcarrows he was Marketing & Sales Director at Eidos, the largest videogames company in the U.K.
Ryotaro Hashimoto - Vice-President, Interarrows Inc
Upon graduation from university, Ryotaro Hashimoto worked at SECOM, where he was responsible for the development of IT solutions. Prior to joining Interarrows, he worked for a number of other IT companies, specialising in content and systems development. He has a broad range of knowledge across PC, mobile and IT technologies and vast experience of Internet marketing, including web usability optimisation and web advertising & promotion. In 2007, he directly managed the upgrade and systems re-development of HMV Japan's mobile website.
